Casey De Vooght

Co-Founder, Executive Director

Casey De Vooght is a retired Para Biathlete and a US Air Force Veteran with firsthand experience in the transformative power of sports for individuals with disabilities. With a passion for adaptive sports and a commitment to community engagement, Casey has been instrumental in developing programs that empower individuals of all abilities to enjoy the outdoors and participate in Nordic skiing.


Alongside her work with the foundation, Casey serves as an Ambassador for the Move United Warfighters Program and Hustle Bike Labs Adaptive Program, promoting adaptive sports and opportunities for veterans and individuals with disabilities. Casey is also a certified SOMA Breathwork Instructor, holds a certification in Meditation and Mindfulness, and is completing her Yoga teacher certification, reflecting a holistic approach to health, wellness, and personal growth.


Casey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health Education, underscoring her commitment to health and community development. In her free time, Casey explores new trails, champions environmental sustainability and equal opportunities for adaptive athletes in sports, volunteers with other nonprofits, and engages in breathwork. Casey’s dedication to adaptive sports and mindfulness practices uplifts and inspires those around her.
